These terms describe how FOCAL RAYS may send text messages, who can receive them, and how you control opt-out. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy.
Who we message
FOCAL RAYS may send one-to-one SMS messages to customers, trial users, inbound leads, demo prospects, and people who have requested contact from FOCAL RAYS.
Types of messages
Messages may include sales follow-up, demo or onboarding scheduling, missed-call follow-up, support follow-up, customer account conversations, and responses to questions submitted to FOCAL RAYS.
How messages are sent
FOCAL RAYS SMS messages are sent as one-to-one communications related to an existing relationship or inbound request. We do not use this SMS program for bulk promotional blasts, automated marketing drip campaigns to purchased lists, cold outreach to scraped contacts, or messages to imported public-source phone lists.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your relationship and conversation with FOCAL RAYS. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out & help
- You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying
STOP. After you reply STOP, FOCAL RAYS may send one final confirmation message. - Reply

Consent not required for purchase
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase credits, subscribe to a plan, or use FOCAL RAYS services on app.contrq.com.
