Service description

FOCAL RAYS is a cloud software platform that delivers professionally enhanced real estate photos. Users upload property images through app.contrq.com; our system processes those images (including lighting correction, color balancing, perspective improvements, and related enhancements) and returns listing-ready outputs digitally.

Typical turnaround is approximately minutes for standard jobs, subject to volume, file quality, and queue conditions. Status and downloads are provided through your FOCAL RAYS account dashboard.

Security & payments

• Payment collection is handled by PCI-compliant providers such as Stripe.
• FOCAL RAYS does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Account access is protected through modern authentication practices. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

Credits, packs & subscriptions

All charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Current public pricing includes:

• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are consumed when images are processed according to the credit rules shown at checkout and in-product.
• Monthly Pro and Studio plans renew until canceled and are intended for higher ongoing volume.
• Displayed per-photo effective rates may vary by pack because credit-to-photo ratios differ by plan.

Content & use restrictions

• Services are intended for real estate, architecture, and professional listing photography.
• We may reject or remove jobs that include illegal, explicit, abusive, or otherwise restricted content, or that violate applicable law or platform abuse policies.
• Orders rejected for policy violations may be canceled without refund where appropriate.

Cancellation policy

Before processing

If you have purchased credits or a subscription but have not consumed credits on a job, unused credit balances remain available on your account according to product rules. Contact support if you need help managing a purchase error.

After upload / processing

Once a job has begun processing or edited outputs have been delivered or downloaded, the associated credits are considered consumed for that work product.

Subscription plans

Monthly plans may be canceled at any time. Access generally continues through the end of the then-current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or approved as a goodwill adjustment.

Refund policy

We aim for consistently high-quality, listing-ready results. Because FOCAL RAYS is a digital service fulfilled through credits and subscriptions:

• Consumed credits: Credits used to process or download edited images are generally non-refundable.
• Failed processing: If a job fails and no usable output is produced through no fault of yours, we will not charge credits for that failed attempt, or we will restore the credits, as applicable.
• Quality concerns: Contact us promptly with the job reference and a brief description of the issue. We may, at our discretion, reprocess images, restore credits, or offer a partial/full refund as a goodwill remedy.
• Add-on services: Specialized add-ons (where offered) are generally non-refundable once delivered.

Delivery method

All edited photos are delivered digitally via your FOCAL RAYS dashboard at app.contrq.com. You may also receive email notifications when jobs complete.

Turnaround time

Most orders are fulfilled within approximately minutes. Complex sets, peak demand, or upstream processing delays may extend delivery. We will work to communicate material delays when practical.

Supported formats

We accept common professional formats including JPEG and many RAW camera formats (availability may vary by camera manufacturer). Outputs are typically returned as high-quality JPEGs optimized for MLS and web use.

Returns

As a digital service, physical returns do not apply.
